Day 12 (Cape May, New Jersey) Monday, October 15, 2012

Cape May, the nation’s oldest seaside resort, is situated at the southern tip of the New Jersey peninsula.  Ben took us here because his sister’s mother-in-law lives in this town.  We enjoyed the freshly-caught lobster at The Lobster House.  It’s pure relaxing walking on the wonderful sandy beach.  As Lichun sat lonely on the rock, looking far ahead the view of the waves, and with the fresh winds blowing across the ocean surface, I hopped on the rock, trying to find a good spot to join her.  Little did I know, the rocks were quite slippery.  It’s too late.  I fell, well, it was a little scratch!  We made another pinky promise that we will certainly meet again.
