Our College
Reunion – Day 15 (4/20/15) – The Last Day
Parting is
Always Hard.
We know true friends stay together and we will never say goodbye.
Look at the smiles that radiate satisfaction and contentment for the past
15 days of our vacation together. A
quick massage before the long flight home would certainly help!
In this kitchen, we had the best gourmet food ever! Thanks to the special culinary team
assembled for this reunion!
For some reason, we started to recite the old regular or irregular poems on a whim. Perhaps the nostalgic longings evoked
from wanting to go back to the campus as a freshman under that banyan tree
again?
It would be interesting to guess, which one of us, except Ben, making
the following poems? Your guess is as good as mine. We do
transform our feelings in different ways at different stage of our life. So here goes:
夏日炎炎正好眠,下次再見是何時? LJ, Hsia-Hwei, Shinyee or me?
春城無處不飛花, 寒食東風御柳斜。LJ, Hsia-Hwei, Shinyee or me?
我在家有客人,我出門就有主人。 LJ, Hsia-Hwei, Shinyee or me?
樹欲靜而風不止,子欲養而親不在。 LJ, Hsia-Hwei, Shinyee or me?
IAD – Washington Dulles International Airport – Don’t
worry, I will meet you folks here again one day!
The first April shower on the day of your
departure - LJ apologized for not
being able to help me clean up all those fallen petals.
